How Does Your Agency Become a Practicum Site?

Have you ever wanted to mentor BSW or MSW Students? Does your agency work with vulnerable clients or address social justice causes to improve the quality of life for Indiana citizens? If you said yes to either of these questions, please consider partnering with the IU School of Social Work Practicum Education Team to provide rich, practical learning experiences for BSW and MSW students.

The social work practicum is our signature pedagogy and ensures that students are able to demonstrate what they have learned in class. To get started, simply look at all our campus locations and academic program options below. Then complete the interest form associated with the campus and we will contact you to start the educational partnership process.

    Offers the BSW and MSW programs
  • Indianapolis
    IUSSW headquarter campus offers the BSW, MSW, MSW-online and PhD programs. Certificates in Child Abuse & Neglect, Intergroup Dialog, and an eSocial Work Practice Graduate Certificate.
  • Fort Wayne

    The campus offers the BSW and MSW programs.

  • Northwest
    The campus offers the BSW and MSW programs. Continuing education offerings.
  • South Bend
    The campus offers the BSW, MSW programs. Continuing education offerings
  • Online – MSW Direct
    This program is available to citizens of the U.S. across Indiana, the U.S., and internationally.

    Offers the MSW program.
